If your audio file is not in one of the mentioned formats (wav, aiff, mp3), you need to convert it. If you need to convert a sound file, you can use Switch Audio File Conversion Software. It is free and there is a Mac and PC version. Download and install as per instructions. To convert the file it is as simple as 'adding' it, then selecting the output f format, and d pressing i the h 'C 'Convert'' b button.
.AUDACITY. 1. File->Open the audio file that you want to sample from. 2. Select the sample you want to create a file from by click-dragging on the timeline. The selected portion shows up darker. 3. File->Export selection as... to save the sample in the file format you desire.

PROJECT 1. Start with Flash NOW 2. Adjust your movie size (to ? X ? pixels) and frame rate 12fps (check it) 3. Discuss the size / orientation of yyour movie with other + tutors 4. Make the animation as real as possible (watch & record real scenes) 5. Review the meaning of the word, are you expressing the meaning in the most effective way (would an other word be more suitable) 6. Play with a range of fonts 7. Consider how the presentation webpage can enhance your project 8. Would sound enhance your movie?
