Agency

Our development agency team have a wealth of experience in advising on disposals, acquisitions, option and promotion agreements and conditional contracts.

We cover the residential, PRS, retirement, employment and retail sub-sectors. Last year we advised on in excess of 50 contracts and agreements meaning we were completing on approximately one per week.
