Chief Thompson is an Indianapolis native and a graduate of Indiana University. While earning a degree in Criminal Justice he also graduated from the IU Law Enforcement program. He went through Fishers Police Department’s hiring process in 1990, got started in January of 1991 and “has never looked back.” He’s

Each year, INC. releases a list of America’s fastest-growing companies, Inc. 5000. This year, nearly 50 Indiana companies made the list, including three Fishers companies. Each of the three companies have been listed at least three times before; Advopay is a five-time Inc. 5000 honoree. As an entrepreneurial city, we know that local businesses fuel our economy, but it’s no easy feat to start a new business; statistics show that roughly 50 percent of startups fail within five years. We are happy to celebrate the continued growth of these companies.
