With our own mold workshop, we can design a customer sample for you within 2 weeks,and we have two fishing reel assembling lines with a monthly productive capacity of 60000 units. Orders as few as 300 pieces reels are accepted, and the lead time is 45 days.We have professional art designers to design the packing and print for you, and your own design are welcome too. Our workshops are equipped with injection machines ,compression casting machines from South Korea, and gear-hobing machines from Japan, and we have our own Machining center,so we can design and make molds by ourselves.We source magnetic one way clutches from South Korea, and pinions,drive gears, graphite spools, handles and some other key parts are produced in our own factory, in this way we can control the quality and the lead time easily, so our reels keep a more consistent level of quality than the products of our competitors who outsource their spare parts.
