The Clinic@78 is proud to partner with The Whiteley Clinic to provide international excellence in the treatment of varicose veins, leg ulcers and pelvic congestion. With clinics in Guildford, London and Bristol, The Whiteley Clinic @78 now offers easier access to specialist vein services for patients locally.

Varicose veins are twisted, enlarged veins & can affect any vein that is close to the skin’s surface. They most commonly affect the veins in the legs, because standing and walking increase the pressure in the veins of the lower body.

For many people, varicose veins and spider veins are simply a cosmetic concern. For others, they cause pain and can lead to more serious problems.

Our service begins with a detailed consultation with Dr Beckett, followed by a detailed Duplex ultrasound scan.

We can offer:

• Endovenous Laser Ablation

• TRLOP

• Phlebectomies

• Ultrasound guided foam sclerotherapy

• Microsclerotherapy for thread veins of the legs

• Pelvic vein and Pelvic Congestion Syndrome assessments

• Phlebitis and DVT scans and treatment

Some of the Clinic’s most experienced specialists have moved to The Whiteley Clinic @78; led by Dr David Beckett, a consultant Interventional Radiologist with a special interest in minimally invasive venous procedures. David has been part of The Whiteley Clinic team since 2010.

Judy Holdstock, Chief Vascular Scientist, performs duplex ultrasound. She is world renowned for her diagnostic skills, having won many international prizes. She specialises in the diagnosis of pelvic and ovarian varicose veins, as well as complex varicose veins of the legs.

The Whiteley Clinic @78 follows The Whiteley Protocol®. This protocol ensures that both a specialist consultant and vascular technologist work together to diagnose and plan treatment, giving patients the lowest possible recurrence rates in the world.

Having won the title of ‘Best Varicose Veins Treatment – UK’ for a fourth year in a row, and with all consultants being monitored by The College of Phlebology Venous Registry, The Whiteley Clinic@78 offers the best available diagnosis and treatment.
