Although our garden is compact and on several levels it is dominated by a beautiful very old oak tree. The garden is full of colour with interesting plants and grasses. Modern water feature and a few sculptures add interest and further enhance the garden.

Listen to the sounds of Chi Jazz in the beautiful surroundings of RHS Garden Wisley. Hear them every Saturday from 10 June to 29 July, from 1pm to 4pm on Seven Acres Lawn in the Butterfly Lovers Pavilion. Even better, why not bring a picnic or purchase food at our Wisley Food Hall and enjoy a relaxing afternoon with all the family.

WHITEHANGER - OPEN GARDEN FOR NGS

Set in 6 acres on the edge of the South Downs National Park surrounded by NT woodland, this rural garden was started in 2012 when a new Huf house was built on a derelict site. Now there are lawned areas with beds of perennials, a serenity pool with koi carp, a wildflower meadow, a Japanese garden, a sculpture garden, a woodland walk, a large rockery and an exotic walled garden. STYLED BODIES: FASHION OF THE 1930S

The sophistication and glamour of the 1930s is explored in this exhibition of stunning garments from the Olive Matthews Collection, Chertsey Museum. Pieces include men’s women’s and children’s daywear and a wealth of women’s eveningwear and accessories. Many of the pieces have never been displayed before and include couture garments from celebrated designers such as Lanvin, Vionnet, Schiaparelli and Molyneux.
