Goal mode lets you set goals by time, distance and calories You can either select one goal or multiple goals and will be notified after reaching a goal Select and set he goals you want

The built-in training programs control the resistance level of the bicycle/elliptical There are four different programs, including Cross country, Aerobic, Training and Sprint Each program has beginner, intermediate and advanced levels Choose the training program and level you want

HRC mode calculates heart levels based on age and lets you set a specific heart rate zone that you want during the workout Resistance levels will increase when your heart rate is lower than your goal and decrease when your heart rate is above the goal HRC Explanation
