Tread monitor has an exciting touch interface From the main menu you can access a variety of useful options – Quick Training (click to get started on a run) – Dashboard (total workout data, results from previous workouts, recovery mode stats) – Setup (set up user profile and turn on automatic sharing to Facebook and Twitter – PAFERS (send feedback, visit PAFERS website, rate the app and see other PAFERS apps) – Program (12 training programs in two levels) – HRC (set desired heart rate and treadmill will provide a customized workout) – Recovery (one minute recovery mode)

Tread Monitor Jumpstart your workout with Quick Training option • Quick Training provides a fast and easy way to get started with your workout • Simply click the Quick Training button in the center of the home screen and follow the prompts to get started Click the button (or functions) on the treadmill to get started
