LET’S GO LET THE ABS IN! To get your body beach-ready and keep you from busting through all the slim-fit fashion we’re dropping, we designed the ultimate FITTZ workout. This weightsfree circuit workout takes less than an hour of your time and can be done at home, in the park or even in a hotel room when you’re on the road. The only thing you need is your own bodyweight. Meet the man behind it: Tavi Castro. This top fitness model with Clark Kent like looks knows what it takes to get in shape and created a special FITTZ workout to get a muscular, but elegant,
physique. “Circuit training is a simple, but effective way to get a natural defined body. Make sure you keep your workout going and you’re heart rate up”, instructs Castro, who is a true FITTZ fan. “And don’t be that guy that is checking his iPhone between exercises! Go hard or go home’’. Before you start, here are some extra instructions from Tavi: “As always, perform a warm up by doing jumping jacks for one minute followed by some stretching. Then, do each exercise on the following list without resting in between exercises. Once you’re done with all exercises, rest for 15 seconds and do it all again. Try doing the whole list three times. Good luck!”.

‘TATTOOS GOT SEXY. Tattoos got cool. And then tattoos got respectable. Tattoos got middle class. Tattoos became such a widely accepted form of genteel rebellion that even the wife of the prime minister has a discreet little dolphin on her ankle. It’s clear. The past years tattoos became cooler than ever. To get in on this trend we asked our model Steff to flaunt his favourite tattoos and tell us the story behind it: “A large part of my tattoos are a tribute to 34
my dad, who unfortunately passed away 2 years ago. My left upper arm shows a peregrine, because my dad was a fanatic falconer. Besides, the peregrine wears my granny’s necklace. This is a tribute to her, as she passed away one day after my father”. Steff tells us that there appears to be a remarkable connection between his father and grandmother anyhow. “For real, since their death I frequently spot a butterfly and robin in most unusual places and moments. Therefore I tattooed
them on my lower arm, next to a framed portrait of my dad”. The homage continues on his chest with a tattooed shotgun and bouquet. “My father was a real hunter. I mean in the wildlife, not like me in the nightlife.. ;-)”, reveals Steff.
MY STYLE AGENDA

I wake up by the sound of the slamming door. That flirty crush from my local bar obviously didn’t intent to stay till breakfast.. With the jazzy sounds of Koop on my iPod I’m having a banana, a kiwi and some cereals with yoghurt for breakfast. It’s my free day off and I will meet some friends at Starbucks for coffee. The fresh minty smell of the herbal bath salt washes the groggy feeling out of my head. Skinny jeans, casual blazer and a beanie today, as I’m not in the mood for any work on my hair. I put on my sneakers in the hallway and have a quick glance in the mirror, I’m definitely not disappointed about what I see after last night. Yup ready for chill time!

It’s been a week full of hassle and stress and my mind is longing for some proper city nightlife. After a visit to the gym I first head to that new sushi place. Great spot, the tuna was so f*cking fresh I thought it was still alive (will return there for sure!). I grease up my hair, brush my teeth for like an hour and put on the skinny black pants I bought yesterday. Match it with a tee and a blazer. While the speakers blow Firestarter through my apartment I spray Tom Ford Noir on my chest. I’m off for the night!

From this point of view FITTZ recently started a collab with DJ Suyano, a promising DJ and producer from the Netherlands. This young gun has already big support from industry heavyweights like Steve Aoki, Gregori Klosman, Max Vangeli and Hardwell and is about to hit the sky. His track ‘Pippa’ was charted in the prestigious Dance Tunes Top 10 and was Demo Of The Week in Hardwell’s leading radio show Hardwell On Air, while his track ‘Airplay’ reached Max Vangeli’s monthly podcast and Klosmania, Gregory Klosman’s radio show.
