For Our Guests... Our guests are treated to the same Five Star Service as our property owners. From the new, easy to search and navigate website to the special inperson check-in process, our customer service is designed to meet and exceed expectations. We meet each guest at the property with a complementary gift bag that includes a beach bag, water bottles, and a fresh baked treat from a local bakery. Each home is appointed with a basic kitchen and bath inventory, luxury towels and linens, and spa amenities for the bathroom. As part of our Fresh Linens Program, every duvet cover is laundered after each use. Fresh towels are individually banded before being placed in bathrooms, so guests can be sure they are fresh and clean. Our exclusive concierge service is available to answer any questions the guest might have, provide recommendations for restaurants and attractions, and coordinate and book special events, like spa appointments, reservations for fishing trips, or teetimes. As a courtesy, our concierge staff calls every guest 24 hours after check in to answer any questions and find out if everything is to their satisfaction. The Five Star staff is committed to providing exceptional customer service and going above and beyond the expectations of our guests.

For Our Owners Five Star Beach Properties is dedicated to providing our owners with the highest level of management, marketing, and customer service support. Most management companies charge owners between 35% and 50% of your rental income and provide basic maintenance and management services. At Five Star, we charge a competitive rate, while providing both our owners and our guests with additional, customized services. Once your luxury home or condominium becomes a Five Star Property, we design and implement a state-of-the-art, truly customized marketing approach. Professional photography, a floor plan, and a professionally written description of your home position the property as one of the most luxurious in Destin or South Walton. We create individual marketing plans for each property and implement them on multiple websites and social media platforms. We track each lead, so we know which avenue is generating the most revenue and reservations for your home. This multi-pronged and well-rounded marketing strategy helps us promote your property to the widest audience and effectively maximizes your revenue potential.

For Our Properties Many owners are apprehensive about entrusting the maintenance of their luxury home to a third party. Coastal Dune Lakes and Eco-Tourism South Walton is home to 15 rare coastal dune lakes. Only occurring in a handful of places, including New Zealand, Australia, and Madagascar, these lakes are said to be more 10,000 years old, and offer a diverse ecological opportunity for visitors. What makes these lakes so interesting is they lie only a few yards from the Gulf of Mexico, and in times of extreme rainy weather, the two ecosystems mix. The fifteen lakes, all along County Highway 30A, are popular spots for kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing. Billy Bowlegs came to Pensacola, Florida in 1779 to prevent the capture of Pensacola from the Spanish. The annual Sandestin Wine Festival will take place usually the third or fourth weekend in April. The Sandestin Wine Festival has been named the “Best Annual Event” by Destin Magazine, and offers four days of wine tastings, wine dinners with celebrity chefs, and wine showcases!

Digital graffiti is the world’s first outdoor festival dedicated to projection art and it’s happening right in our very own Alys Beach the first weekend in June. Referred to as ‘urban projection,’ artists use projectors and animation technologies to cast their images onto the urban structures of Alys Beach.
