EVENT CANCELLATION SOP
All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the start of the event. Cancellations must be received via email to events@lochlloyd.com or by speaking to our Club Concierge by calling 816-322-1022. Voicemails will not be accepted. Any cancellation made less than 48 hours prior to the event will incur the full event charge.
