This month we welcome David Bird, owner of Bird’s Botanicals, who will share the history, care and culture of orchids and discuss the different varieties of these extraordinary plants. He will bring plant samples as well as items for purchase. With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, this may be the perfect gift idea for your sweetheart. Speaking of Valentine’s Day, the Club’s Executive Chef, Damian Lehman, will show us how to spin sugar at home.
