Between the Super Bowl (GO CHIEFS!) and Valentine’s Day, February is shaping up to be quite the month! We have a special Valentine Dinner planned and would love to see you and your favorite Valentine at the Club on Saturday, February 13th or Sunday, February 14th. Associate Spotlight CARLOS AVALOS

Because Carlos Avalos has been at The Country Club at Loch Lloyd going on four years, you’ve no doubt seen him around the Club. Here’s your opportunity to get to know this talented young man who brings a great deal of passion and enthusiasm to the Food & Beverage team.

I’m Nora! Carlos, the Club’s most senior Bartender, enjoys whipping up a classic Gin Martini with Bombay Sapphire as his gin of choice to the brand’s citrus and botanical flavors. His favorite cocktail to make is the Boulevardier (a delicious concoction of Rye, Campari and Sweet Vermouth). In addition to his expertise behind the bar, Carlos has a culinary background and enjoys cooking. He is also an avid golfer and skateboarder and loves to travel with his family. His hobbies include professional video editing and competitive gaming. Ask Carlos about his new love … a puppy named Nora he just adopted!
