After an extensive nationwide search, it is my pleasure to introduce Ryan Craig as our new President of Loch Lloyd Country Club.
Ryan is no stranger to Kansas City. A Blue Valley Northwest graduate from Overland Park, Ryan is returning home after 21 years of making big moves in the Las Vegas hospitality industry. His journey there began as a busboy and has transcended into one of the most highly sought-after hospitality executives in Las Vegas.
Ryan was hand-selected by Steve Wynn, an absolute pioneer in the hospitality industry known globally for his acute attention to detail and renowned for having some of the best and most recognized luxury services, to direct all hospitality and nightlife at Wynn Resorts Las Vegas. During his seven-year tenure working directly with Steve, he helped oversee premier restaurants and two of the top nightclubs in the world. His efforts helped set the gold standard for luxury and impeccable customer service, propelling his career and paving the way for other opportunities with top-tier venues like Drai's Management Group/Caesars Entertainment, MGM Resorts International, and Red Rock Resorts.
Ryan's hospitality philosophy revolves around surpassing Member expectations by crafting unforgettable experiences and anticipating their needs. He pays meticulous attention to detail and always finds ways to deliver exceptional service.
His leadership skills extend beyond customer service. Ryan is a master at building teams, developing talent, and crafting operational strategies that have been instrumental in his successful reputation in Las Vegas. We eagerly anticipate the impact of his expertise on our team and the elevated experiences he will bring to our Members.
Beyond his extensive list of professional achievements, Ryan received a degree in hospitality management and a Master's in hospitality administration, both with Magna Cum Laude honors, from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). His academic foundation complements his practical expertise, enabling him to innovate and lead effectively in our industry.
One of the things we always believe internally is that to be better, you have to think differently. In our quest for a new leader, we sought someone beyond the traditional country club landscape. We found that visionary leader in Ryan, who will bring a fresh perspective and propel our Club to new heights. His unmatched ability to deliver top-tier services and create memorable experiences makes him the ideal choice for our Club.

Ryan will begin his role as President immediately, with Kim Palmer, our interim GM, facilitating his smooth transition. Over the next few weeks, Ryan will be back and forth from Las Vegas, as he becomes reestablished here in Kansas City. With his passion for excellence and a proven track record of success, Ryan is poised to make a significant impact immediately.
