Dear Member, As the temperatures rise, so does the level of activity for the Club and we are excited to see more of you more often! With the Pool opening at the end of this month, tennis and pickleball players hitting the courts and golf in full swing, it’s going to be very exciting month at The Country Club at Loch Lloyd. I’d like to remind everyone of the DRESS CODE at the Club. Please see the next page for an at-a-glance reminder of what is acceptable and what is not acceptable in the Clubhouse and on the grounds. Please remember that you are responsible for advising your guests and children of these policies. Anyone not abiding by these guidelines will be asked to leave the premises. Thank you for your support! Hope to see you at the Club soon!

Excerpts from an email sent to the membership on April 22, 2021: We are pleased to report there is positive energy and a growing momentum in Full Golf memberships at The Country Club at Loch Lloyd. Having surpassed the 300 mark of Full Golf memberships, the Executive Team has decided that the timing is appropriate to raise initiation fees as the value of membership continues to grow. The Full Golf initiation fee will increase from its current $16,000 to $25,000 and the Junior Golf initiation fee from $10,000 to $12,000. These changes will take place effective May 22, 2021. This increase will allow us to enhance our exclusivity while we fill our Club. There are many benefits to raising the initiation fee to include:  Establishing a value that is commensurate with the Club experience offered at The Country Club at Loch Lloyd.  Setting a price point which will remain long beyond the actual filling of the Club.  Increasing the inherent value to each membership.  Signaling to prospective members our belief in our product and the value we provide. Please remember that through our REFERRAL PROGRAM, you'll receive $1,000 in Club credit for each Full Golf referral who signs up and $500 in Club credit for each Junior Golf referral who signs up! For more information, please email Chris Brems at chrisb@lochlloyd.com or call the Clubhouse.

At this time of writing this, I was looking out of my office window at the wonderful snow flurries! Yes, snow near the end of April! The weather never ceases to amaze me. We posted a drone fly-over of #12 green via Twitter – check it out if you haven’t seen it yet and be sure to follow Golf Course Maintenance @LochLloydGCM. If you are not prone to follow social media, please reach out as I’d be happy to send you any pictures or short video clips that we may have shared.

JEFF STEEN, CGCS DIRECTOR OF GOLF COURSE MAINTENANCE jeffs@lochlloyd.com

It’s hard to believe how quickly we got to the month of May. The course is coming along nicely … fairways filling in, leaves are abundant, flowers in bloom and the steady rounds of golf are great to see. It’s been a beautiful spring season thus far. As you can see from the photos below, our Begonias and Sunpatiens are coming along nicely in the greenhouse and will be ready for planting at around the time this newsletter is released! Please take a moment in passing to say hello to the associates. The entire team takes a great deal of pride in producing the best possible product on a daily basis and is here to help you have the most enjoyable round of golf. Next month, the summer 2021 edition of QuarterlyINSIGHT will be coming out with the latest behind-the-scenes happenings and ongoing projects within the GCM team. Here is a quick snapshot of a few recent and ongoing activities that the GCM team has been working on: Sodding thin areas of fairways (team starting process on #1 pictured on left) Landscape enhancements (#7 tee)  New walking paths on holes #2, #3, #4 and #5  Ongoing irrigation repairs and improvements  Continued clearing and trimming along creeks and waterways  New agronomic practices to enhance playability  

One other item I’d like to touch upon is the current maintenance plan for the Sechrest property now that the nine-hole course is permanently closed. In the short term, you will see the team mowing along the walk path weekly, and allowing the rest of the grounds to grow up and be mowed at an approximate height of four to six inches. Other maintenance practices will still occur, and the team will continue to work diligently within the property. Please do not hesitate to reach out with questions and/or concerns. On behalf of the entire Golf Course Maintenance team, we look forward to seeing you on and off the golf course. Sincerely, Jeff Steen, CGCS Director of Golf Course Maintenance

Goodbye to winter 2021! It’s always great to swing into May each year. Everything is in bloom and the golf course is getting greener. Here at Loch Lloyd, the month of May is always one of the best golfing months on the calendar. Everyone is excited to start playing golf on a regular basis and most importantly, the weather is usually very nice. So, break out the clubs and let’s start golfing! Four-Ball Match Play and the Individual Match Play events begin in May. Both of these events are season-long and both events are open to men and women. The Scotty is back in May this year and, as usual, looks to be a wonderful event. Due to the demand of the event, we have expanded the field and added one hour of tee times. SEAN HANNA DIRECTOR OF GOLF seanh@lochlloyd.com

Parents and grandparents … don’t forget about the Loch Lloyd Junior Golf programs. There are plenty of options from which to choose and the kids are welcome to invite their friends to participate in any of the Junior Golf instructional programs. Please call the Golf Shop for more information. Finally, thank you to all who attended the spring Fitting Days at the Club. Your continued support is very much appreciated! See you all on the first tee! Sean
