ACI World 2022 ASQ Awards: World’s Best Airports for CX By Flagship Facility Services, Mar 20, 2022 2:20:48 PM Earlier this month, ACI World announced the winners of its annual Airport Service Quality (ASQ) awards, celebrating airport excellence in customer experience on a worldwide scale. Both Tampa International Airport (TPA) and Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) were among the airports recognized for their efforts to improve the customer experience. In addition to being honored in the Best Airports by Size and Region category, TPA took the award in a new category, added just this year: Best Hygiene Measures by Region. This category recognizes those airports that have adapted to meet passengers’ changing expectations to provide a safe and hygienic airport environment during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
