The private villa-style built in 1800 in Treviso, along the banks of the river Sile. The project involves an expansion of the same villa and a redevelopment of the garden. Lodged with new inclusion of two structures, the Velaria to the west and an east-coated Tubular metal, camouflaged with the addictional vegetation and the rebuilding of the new access to the villa, creating a private space dedicated to a relaxation area and space recreation. The Villa is well connected, with new plantings, a natural environment and landscape that reflects the existing vegetation of the Sile.

The New East Gate shopping center, located in Marcon (Venice) is located in an area already industrialized. The case takes on a formal and symmetrical architecture that identifies the two lateral bodies and the central body used as shops. The grounf floor has a big mall and different types of shops. The upper floor of the two lateral bodies in a square are used as commerical and business offices.

Renovation of an old building raplaced it in a new sustainable house farn located on Sacile. The building is surrounded by the exisiting landscape. The ground floor has a big room for breakfast used also for different activities, a kitchen and restrooms design an open space. At the first floor there are six guest rooms. A hand made stone wall outlines the looks towards outside and inside the countryside and lands.

The Pharmacy located in the center of Sacile welcomes its guests in an environment of 300 sqm. Located on the ground floor , were connected together three different premises of different destination , by obtaining a unique surface used in different activities. At the entrance insists renting a central core that serves as the initial reception and private study carried out by a glass structure that allows you to interact with customers. The side wings develops Pharmacy (right) and the Drugstore (left). Backwaters private study are placed, in addition to toilets, the first laboratory analysis, a study for various medical, laboratory preparation and general warehouse. Behind the Pharmacy - retail space lies the dressing room / bedroom, a private warehouse stocks and hygienic service. With the renovating we have tried to exploit the existing premises using and disposing of antique furniture with new and existing customers welcome for providing a circuit that goes to the pharmacy to pharmacy and workrooms behind. Materials such as wood, glass and Cor-Ten steel, stainless steel and teh choice painting want to create a refined but at the same time familiar. The composition of the environments is also integrated with art objects and antiques, as sculpturesfurnitures , caskets , vases and objects The Pharmacy Bechi becomes a small art gallery.

The apartament is located on the sixth floor of a 1980â&#x20AC;&#x2122;s residencial building. The main facede is on the south directly on the road. The flat has a large living room, a kitchen with a balcony, one bathroom, two badrooms and one studio. The main minimal entrance, which opens the view to the living room area, merges the corner kitchen creating and creats an open space. The core is formed by the central fireplace, from the cabinet to the wall integrated functional actions. There is a gap between main entrance and kitchen direct view ouside to the entry of natural light. This concept shapes an unique element where lighs and materials meet. Of the entrance to 2.40 m high, it makes either an ambient residence or a private studio. New materials such as wooden floor, steel, stones, new painting, new cealing-countertop geometry, new lighting and furnishings design a sober, minimal, functional stylish apartment.

Located in the region of Coirac, 50 km from Bordeaux surrounded by 10 hectares of land and forests, the private residence built in 1850 has undergone several transformations internal and external. The status of building was completely abandoned. Different stages of structural and architectural have defined a complete project to recovery. All beginning of the work the residence of 300 sqm on two floors without covering was composed structurally from the perimeter of stone (typical of the area ). Domestic advanced state of decay: absent the floor of earth, stones interior walls destroyed, degraded or existing fixtures and partial collapse of the second floor. The renovation project develops a solid structure. New foundations, the restoration of the facades in stone left exposed and the second floor, the new wooden roof, restoration of the interior walls, windows. New extension and new layout of water and sanitary system. The project transformed the old house for a typical French boutique hotel. It is made of a new distribution inside the entrance hall, living room and dining room, relaxation area, and the new extension at the open plan kitchen. On the upper floors and the rooms directly overlook the kitchen. The rationality of the interior, the relationship with the landscape, the osmosis between cor-ten and stone, wood and glass enables the creation of a modern boutique hotel and at the same time linked to the building traditions of the place.

El contexto es el centro histórico de Valencia, el proyecto propuesto, una renovación y nueva conexión urbana. El área del proyecto marcado con un borde rojo, prevé la preservación y renovación del complejo en 1800 calle C/ exarchs y C/ Belluga edificio (A). Área de construcción (B) en calle C / Variola y Cardà se ha previsto un nuevo edificio para uso residencial de viviendas. En la parte central (C) se espera en la construcción de un edificio utilizado como un local comercial en la planta baja y oficinas en los pisos superiores y residencias. El edificio consta de dos simétrica y perpendicular a la tercera plaza dibujan una nueva plaza central. Las tres propuestas de diálogo arquitectónico con el contexto histórico, respetando las proporciones y características de los alrededores. Los materiales elegidos piedra, acero cor-ten y el agua crean un nuevo diseño urbano.

exarchs Design Renovation C/Caballeros The context is the historic center of Valencia. The proposed project, a renovation and new urban connection. The project area marked with a red border, provides for the preservation and renovation of the complex in 1800 calle C/ exarchs y C/ Belluga building (A). The construction area (B) en calle C / Variola y CardĂ is planned a new building for residential use. In the central part (C) involves the construction of a building used as a commercial premises on the ground floor and offices on the upper floors and residences. The building consists of two symmetrical and perpendicular to the third place they draw a new central square. The three proposals architectural dialogue with the historical context, respecting the proportions and characteristics of the surrounding. The materials chosen stone, cor-ten steel and water create a new urban design.

Renovation provides for the recovery of a historic building in which they are used on the ground floor, mezzanine and first floor premises in the specific shops related to the retail sale of home textiles and interior design. The upper floors are intended for residential use. The recovery involves restoring some facade elements like windows and balconies maintaining the same internal height. It is expected to strengthen the perimeter walls and floors with suitable metal structures. The style is classic Valencian maintained respecting the proportionality and reflecting it in the new environments In retail stores are dedicated to brend PAULA EIDER and J9 each one with different styles and materials.

The shop is located on the fourth floor of a historic building maintains the style of the brend. The choice of a square geometry, the use of the color purple is dedacated to PAULA EIDER. A minimal furniture, luxury design and special walls materials is have been designed to J9 STORE. Everything allows to provide the customer with an immediate choice of the product. The study of specific boxes, exhibitors and showcases facilitates the organization of space within the store. Importance is given to the study of light and the flooring. Everything back to brend PAULA EIDER and J9.
