MY SAVORY TABLE - TERMS OF SALE

NEW ACCOUNTS: OPENING ORDER MINIMUM - $250.00
• First Time Orders are Pre-Pay, Credit Card Only.
• My Savory Table accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover and UnionPay
• Second & Subsequent Orders: Credit Card or Net 30 Day Terms (Pending Credit Approval)
• Customers requesting net 30 day terms must submit a completed My Savory Table Credit Application and may be approved, subject to My Savory Table Credit Approval.
• New Accounts with limited or no credit history are subject solely to My Savory Table’s credit approval.
• Credit Limits for Customers applying for terms will be determined on a case by case basis at My Savory Table’s sole discretion.
• Customers applying for terms with Poor Credit will be set up as Pre Payment Credit Card ONLY!
• All customers must provide current resale license or certificate number or be subject to applicable sales tax.
• Overdue accounts are subject to 1.5% interest per month (18% per year) on past due balances.
MINIMUM REORDERS: $250.00 PER ORDER
BACKORDERS: BACKORDERS BELOW $100.00 WILL BE CANCELED.
My Savory Table products are handmade by artisans. They are produced in small batches that take several weeks to make. This - along with a sudden increase in demand combined with recent disruptions in the supply chain system - could cause products to go out of stock and be placed on Backorder.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
• Please contact our Customer Care service at support@mysavorytable.com or call 800.809.5654 to address any questions or concerns regarding your order.
• If you determine you need to cancel your order, please be sure to cancel your order at least ten (10) days before the orders assigned ship date.
• Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking charge, in addition to applicable freight charges.
CLAIMS AND RETURNS:
• Most of our products are handmade by artisans using, in some cases, centuries-old techniques and natural materials. This leads to the creation of one-of-a-kind pieces with no two being exactly alike. Slight variations in the products’ color, size and shape are to be expected. These minor variations add to the beauty and uniqueness of the products and they should not be considered damaged or irregular.
• All claims, damages, other issues or errors must be reported to the My Savory Table Customer Care team within ten (10) days of receipt of the order.
• Returns will not be accepted without the My Savory Table Customer Care team's pre-authorization and an RA (Return Authorization) number assigned and issued.
• My Savory Table may require photographs of the product, packaging and/or outer carton be emailed to Customer Care in addition or in lieu of actually returning the product for credit. All damages that occurred during transit must be reported to the carrier within three (3) days of receipt of the order.
• In the rare event you do experience concerns regarding damages, shipping errors or quality concerns, please contact My Savory Table’ Customer Care team at support@bzaar.com or 800.809.5654 and allow us to address your concerns and ensure you’re pleased with your experience with My Savory Table products.
MY SAVORY TABLE - TERMS OF SALE
WRITING ORDERS:
• My Savory Table does not ship orders C.O.D.
• Prices and minimums are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include sales tax.
• The customer and the sales person will be emailed an order acknowledgment from the sales agencies unless the order was sent directly to My Savory Table. Order invoices will detail what products were shipped, which products were backordered and which were canceled as a result of no inventory.
RETAILER TERMS OF SERVICE:
• My Savory Table’s customers will NOT sell to any 3rd party resellers online or offline.
• Online sales are permitted only through the retailer’s own website/s.
