WHAT ARE YOUR MINIMUMS FOR PURCHASING WHOLESALE?
The opening order minimum is $300 USD. The reorder minimum is $150 USD. Just in case you were wondering, there’s no maximums. We get that question all the time!
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES FOR WHOLESALE?
Whatever our carrier charges us, we charge you. You can also provide your own carrier account number. By the way, have you seen our carrier pigeons? We can’t find them anywhere!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE WHOLESALE ORDERS?
All orders are processed and packed within 24-48 hours. Depending on where your business is located, you can expect the order within 4-8 business days. Seriously, have you seen our carrier pigeons?
WHERE ARE MAIN AND LOCAL ITEMS SHIPPED FROM? Montreal, Quebec. If you’re in the area, pop in. We have candy, a lazy pug, an empty fish tank and 2.5 washrooms.

HOW DO I PAY?
We accept Cheque, Credit Card & e-transfer. Standard Terms are as follows: Cheque (Net30), E-transfer (Net30), Credit Card Custom terms can be discussed. All goods are sold in USD. Unfortunately, we do not accept hugs as legal tender.
WHERE CAN I SELL MAIN AND LOCAL PRODUCTS?
Weddings, Bar Mitzvahs, Communions, Funerals…but we find our customers do better when they sell it in their stores and online boutiques. Main and Local products cannot be sold on any third-party website (Etsy, Amazon, eBay etc).
HOW DO YOU HANDLE LOST/DAMAGED GOODS?
We are always available to help with lost/damaged goods. Currently, credit notes are issued for such instances, with the possibility of merchandise replacement. We are flexible with your best interest in mind. If an item was lost or damaged on the way to your shop, we take full responsibility.
