Tamiko Fletcher is Kennedy Space Center’s chief information security officer (CISO) and chief of the Kennedy IT Security Office. As CISO, Ms. Fletcher is responsible for minimizing Kennedy’s IT security risk, obtaining visibility into IT security operations, and providing guidance for compliance with NASA’s IT security standards and federal regulations. Ms. Fletcher participates in various community services activities around Central Florida, including; Tomorrow’s Investment Matter, the Upward Bound Program at Rollins College, and the National Society of Black Engineers.
Bianca Lewis, “BiaSciLab,” is a 16 year old hacker, maker and international speaker. She was the youngest speaker at H.O.P.E. and has spoken multiple times at DEF CON; Speaking in the Voting Village, Bio Hacking Village and the r00tz Asylum kids con. She received national attention when she hacked the voting reporting system at DEFCON 26, this work was recently highlighted at the U.S. Congressional Hearing on Election Security. BiaSciLab is the Founder and CEO of Girls Who Hack and Secure Open Vote.
Winn Schwartau is one of the world’s top experts on security, privacy, infowar, and cyber-terrorism. He is also the Founder and Chief Visionary Officer of The Security Awareness Company. When speaking, Winn takes highly technical security subjects and makes them understandable and entertaining. In 2008, Winn was voted one of the 25 Most Influential People in the Security Industry by Security Magazine. He has authored over 12 security books, including Metawar - The Art & Science of: How to Survive AI-Driven Reality Distortion, Disinformation, Manipulation, & Addiction in the Metaverse

The 2024 Duel Factor CTF Challenge will allow conference attendees to compete as an individual or as a team of up to 10, using penetration testing and forensic skills to gather clues and collect evidence. When the countdown commences, start pursuing threads of artifacts, each built around a specific security skill set such as web, SQL, and password security.
