Aeolian Islands ITALY Forged in fire and volcanic rock at the beginning of time and named after the Greek demigod of the winds, the Aeolian Islands are where incredible natural seascapes are beautifully complemented by history and mythology.

IL CAPPERO 8pm – 11.30pm The Michelin-starred Il Cappero restaurant is the resort’s gastronomic heart. Rooted in traditional Mediterranean cuisine, the menu is a creative and tasty reinterpretation of Sicilian and Italian specialities. From the cosy interior and the terrace you can watch the evening darken over the silhouettes of the other islands.
