Athens Thought to be one of the oldest capital cities in the world, Athens has been inhabited for over 7,000 years and is regarded as the cradle of Western civilization and democracy. With its vibrant, quaint markets and world-famous archaeological sites, it’s a destination that could keep visitors on their feet for weeks on end. To mention a few landmarks, the Parthenon at Acropolis is simply incomparable and still standing despite being built in 447 BC. Additionally, the Temple of Zeus is also a great place to visit for anyone who has an interest in Greek mythology, or is simply just a huge fan of Disney’s Hercules. The quaint areas of Plaka and Syntagma are also places worth visiting in this ancient metropolis. Among romantic colored houses, you’ll find pedestrianized streets plentiful with souvenir shops and cafés. Amongst the narrow streets there are plenty of places to pick up local produce such as honey, olives and wine. Wander around Syntagma Square, and catch the changing of the guards in front of the Greek Parliament, before escaping the baking midday sun by visiting a cozy taverna or restaurant for some delicious local food.

ATHENS DAY CRUISE TO 3 ISLANDS AEGINA, POROS & HYDRA from
$99 per person
Arrive at the Port near to Athens to embark on a luxurious cruise to three beautiful Greek Islands. On board you will be treated to a live orchestra, stunning views and a buffet lunch. First, you will arrive at Hydra Island, where the amphitheater once served as a safe haven for pirates. Admire the dramatic landscape and architecture and wander the narrow streets as you disembark and discover the island on foot. Lunch will be served when you return to the boat and before you reach your next destination, Poros Island. Separated from the Peloponnese mainland by a narrow sea channel, this secluded city is characterized by pastel-hued houses, groves of pines and lemon trees and neoclassical architecture. Your last stop is the largest of the three islands, Aegina Island. Here, you can choose between two optional tours. The first will take you to the Temple of Afea, which is the best preserved temple in Greece and one of the three temples that form the famous ‘Sacred Triangle’ of Greek antiquity. Alternatively, you can drive across the island to admire the natural beauty, see the medieval capital of Paleohora, the Church of Saint Nektarios, and the pistachio groves. To conclude the tour, you will experience a ‘Traditional Greek Folk Show’ with singers and dancers in original costumes from all over Greece! Please note: The order of the islands is subject to change, dependent on the weather
Santorini Originally named ‘The Circular One’, half of Santorini sank into the sea due to a powerful volcanic eruption more than 3,000 years ago. Today the crescent-shaped island rises sharply out of the Aegean Sea like a jagged black diamond. On Santorini, you’ll find mythology and history beautifully complemented by the stunning natural sights of black volcanic beaches, all-year sun, clear waters and romantic villages. All over Santorini, you’ll find a wealth of interesting historical sites. Visit the beautiful Venetian-styled Argyros Mansion, marvel at the amazing Orthodox Metropolitan Cathedral, which overlooks the caldera, and gaze out across the island and the sea from the solitary church of Ekklisia Profitis Ilias. Another way to experience the island is by boarding one of the sailboats waiting in the old port of the island’s capital, Fira. Touring the caldera, you’ll be able to see the white-washed houses that crown the cliffs of the island, as well as take a refreshing dip in the sea.
