The main event however, are the multiple wine tastings in local cellars and valleys, which showcase the full-bodied, authentic wines that Italy is so well-known for.
Wines of Northern Italy ITINERARY DAY 1
You’ll be transferred from Milan Airport to your hotel for a welcome dinner and an overnight stay
DAY 2
After breakfast, you’ll embark on a full-day trip to Tremezzo and stop at a local cellar for a tasting of Terre Lariane IGT wines on your way back to your hotel. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay.
DAY 3
After breakfast, you’ll be transferred to Turin for a two-hour private guided tour before heading to a Martini Vermouth tasting in the city. Enjoy dinner at the hotel and an overnight stay.
DAY 4
After breakfast, you’ll embark on a full-day trip to the countryside wine region for a tasting of Barolo red wine accompanied by local delights. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay.
DAY 5
After breakfast, you’ll head to Pistoia with a stop along the Liguara coast and a visit to San Margherita. You’ll taste Sciacchertà white wine during the day before returning to your hotel for dinner.
DAY 6
After breakfast, you’ll head to Florence for a three-hour guided tour before returning to your hotel for dinner.
DAY 7
After breakfast, visit the Chianti Valley for a pasta-cooking demonstration, lunch at local farmhouse and a tasting of Chianti and Lambrusco red wines. Return to your hotel for dinner.
DAY 8
After breakfast, head to Valpolicella for a guided tour of a balsamic vinegar factory followed by a tasting. Next, you’ll visit a local wine cellar for a Lambrusco and Valpolicella wine tasting. Return to your hotel for dinner.
DAY 9
After breakfast, embark on a full-day excursion to Lake Iseo and Franciacorta including a Franciacorta spumante (Italian champagne) tasting with snacks. Return to your hotel fordinner.
DAY 10 After breakfast, you’ll be transferred to Milan Airport for your flight home.

Start your discovery of Milan’s gems in the heart of the city, at the great Duomo di Milano - one of the largest cathedrals in the world. Here, you can scale the 150 steps to the top, or take the lift and save valuable energy, for a phenomenal view of countless rooftops and domes, as well as the numerous spires that pierce the sky. Apart from the Duomo, you’ll also find the Palazzo Reale and the Palazzo della Ragione, where history and great artwork are blended perfectly. Additionally, the iconic Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II symbolises the importance of design, fashion and commerce in the city. Stroll through the arcade and marvel at the great arched roof that encases this stunning building.
