Resort is protected by 24/24 security team and lifeguards.

According to the law of Vietnam, all visitors must sign up at Reception to ensure that the administrative procedures to register for their temporary residence.
Always keep your magnetic key by your side. In case you lost the key, please contact Receptionist to provide the new card with reissued charges 100,000 VND.
Lock doors and latch carefully when you go out and when you're in the room.
Use safe box to keep your personal items, or deposit them at our Front Desk.
In Case Of Fire
In case of fire in your room
Fire extinguishers equipped outside your room.
If you do not extinguish the fire, please leave your room and report to our staff.
Follow the guidance of our staff.
If you hear the fire alarm
Leave your room and close the door immediately if you can.
Follow instructions from our staff.
If there is smoke occupying in front or around your room, please stay in your room and inform our staff of your presence through the window and wait for firefighters. Put wet towel or blanket under the door to stop smoke entering to the room.
