Fleur’t’s order minimum is 2s/m-2m/l or 2s/m-2m/l-1l/l per style per color.

First order shipped must be a minimum of $300 USD based on a single delivery date.

Pricing Guidelines

Fleur’t’s Inc. reserves the right to change prices without notice.

Our guideline for keystone pricing is wholesale price multiplied by 2.2.

• Discount requests on orders will be negotiated based on per style minimums.

Payment Terms a. CREDIT CARD

All new customers must demonstrate credit-worthiness by paying for the first three (3) consecutive orders by credit card.

• Please note: you must return a signed and dated Credit Card Authorization form before we can process your order.

• All credit card orders will be processed without notice once orders are ready to ship.

• Fleur’t accepts Mastercard and Visa.

•

b. COD ( Cash On Delivery)

After your first three orders, you may choose to become a COD customer.

Any returned checks will cause your account to revert to credit card status permanently. All returned checks will incur a $25 returned check fee.

• •

c. NET 30 TERMS

You may fill out our credit application for Net 30 terms after your first three credit card orders. If you are approved, we will change your payment status to Net 30 terms.

• If you are not approved for terms, the only form of payment we can accept from you is credit card at time of shipment.

• Please note that if you fail to pay your invoices on time, you will revert to credit card terms.

Shipping Guidelines

All immediate, in-stock orders will ship within 7 business days, unless items are sold out. For sold out items, allow 4 weeks for delivery.

• Fashion deliveries will ship as specified.

•

Special/Rush Orders • •

All rush orders will be charged a $7 handling fee.

Rush orders will only be processed for immediate, in-stock items and shipped within 2 business days.

Returns

A Return Authorization Number must be obtained before returns can be accepted.

Returns are allowed for damaged goods or shipping errors only.

• All returns authorization requests must be made within 5 days from the date the order is received.

• All returns must be submitted and sent to Fleur’t’s Shipping & Receiving.

• A re-stocking fee of 25% will be charged for any unauthorized returns, bounced orders, and all returns for reasons other than damage or company error.

Cancellations

Your order may be cancelled at any time without penalty for up to four(4) weeks prior to ship date. Any cancellation within four weeks of ship date is subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
