Founded in 1996, Flintas Publishing is a mass market children’s book publisher, specialising in the creation of educational activity books and magazines for toddlers and pre-schoolers. Together with our expert team of professional teachers, authors and illustrators, we can offer over 80 new books per year.

Cutie Academy is a step-by-step early learning program for children aged 1,5 and older, where you will find a variety of educational activities appropriate to child’s developmental stages. After each completed activity, the child will gain more and more confidence.

Cutie Academy will gradually educate and teach the child to complete increasingly harder activities.

Why is the book special?

Little Ant Wonderwhy is a special kind of book: at least 20 children were involved in its creation. The author would read newly written pages out loud to the audience of children. If the author noticed that children were losing interest, she changed the storyline according to their wishes. The book was finished only when all the children listened to the end of the story with the same excitement as from the beginning. The author was awarded with letter of honor by the Association of Naturalists of Vytautas Magnus University of Lithuania for the precise use of natural details in a children's story.

Little Ant Wonderwhy is a collection of short stories. In the first chapter, our main character meets the Queen Ant and learns a lot of interesting things about the life of the ant. In other chapters, Wonderwhy meets more characters: a spider, a lizard, a firefly, and a butterfly. The little ant also discovers the forest which is full of life. This beautifully illus trated book, with its inspiring plot, teaches children about the wonders of nature.

How do grasshoppers hear?

After the tremendous success of the first book, the author was encouraged to continue the adven tures of the Little Ant Wonderwhy. Do you know why the bee needs two stomachs? And why does the frog croak? How much food does the worm eat in a day? And how many teeth does the snail have? How does the mole preserve its food?
