In the first week of February 2020, the entire construction industry came to Poznań at the 29th edition of the BUDMA International Construction and Architecture Fair. From February 4-7, 46,000 professionals - professionals, investors, trade representatives, general contractors, engineers and architects sought new products, knowledge and new business opportunities among nearly 1,000 exhibitors from over 30 countries. Professor Witold Orłowski analyzed external factors such as a slowdown in investments, increase in labour costs, as well as encroaching robotics and inflation, however, he did not forecast a "severe winter" on the real estate market. On the second day of the forum, the conditions for construction development in 2020-2030 were discussed, as well as the priorities
for the development of infrastructure projects in 2020, also in the context of public-private partnership.
