CONFERENCE, EVENTS & PRIVATE HIRE The Floral Pavilion comprises of a large-scale Theatre, Conference Suite, light and airy Plaza and Panoramic Lounge offering breathtaking views across the River Mersey, the Liverpool Waterfront and the Irish Sea.
