Welcome to 2024, the year Wirral proudly celebrates its year as Liverpool City Region Borough of Culture. This year will be a celebration of Wirral people and places and a showcase for its creative communities and the power of culture and heritage in regeneration. As part of a host of planned events across the borough, the Floral Pavilion will be showcasing a range of local talent, both writers and performers including Star EFX Sunday Night Live starring Wirral girl, Shirley Ballas as host and featuring dance, performance troupes and handpicked solo performers from the region. We’ll be announcing some very exciting
