WEDDING PACKAGE Firstly, may we take this opportunity to congratulate you both on your engagement. We are delighted that are you are considering holding your wedding event with us here at the Floral Pavilion.


Enclosed is our current brochure with a flavour of the packages you are able to choose from and the facilities we have to offer. The Floral Pavilion is a unique and elegant location for the perfect wedding day. Set in a stunning location on the Liverpool Bay, this iconic contemporary venue commands expansive views of the beach, lighthouse and waterfront. Fully licensed for civil ceremonies to suit a minimum of 50 guests up to a maximum of 320 guests. Our flexible rooms can comfortably accommodate your needs allowing you the convenience and simplicity of holding the whole day under one roof! For your evening reception our capacities are a minimum of 90 to a maximum of 300 guests.

WEDDING MENUS Not only can you select from our range of menus, carefully designed under the watchful eye of our own Master Chef of Great Britain Darren Wynn, you can also opt to have bespoke wedding breakfast menus created that complement your own tastes, favourite foods and themes. Your catering manager will arrange a consultation to discuss your individual requirements and help us create your perfect wedding menu. Please select the same Starter, Main & Dessert for all of your guests to ensure we can deliver an exceptionally high standard of service. We are more than happy to cater for any guests with specific dietary requirements. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you require any further advice. Whilst we are able to cater for many menu requirements, specific menu choices may incur supplementary charges.

BOOKING PROCEDURE We can provisionally hold any available date for up to 2 weeks. Upon confirmation a non-refundable, non-transferable ÂŁ1000 deposit is required. Confirmation of final numbers and balance will be due 1 month prior to your event.
