RESPONSIBILITIES  As an MC Teamster you are responsible, along with the MC, to deliver the national strategies and enhance the growth of our entity and reflect the following values : • Belief, in the purpose of AIESEC in TOGO. • Courage, in implementing the transformation. •Humility, to learn constantly and strive for excellence. You are expected to understand your role and responsibility towards AIESEC in TOGO.  You must be able to commit 8-12 hours a week for work and1-2 hours for weekly meetings with MC to apply for a NST role.  Roles are active until January 31st 2017  We expect you to achieve at least 75% of your goals or you will be subject to a performance review. You are expected to unfailingly attend NST Summits, functional summits and National Conferences.

National Experience Manager JD  The National Delivery Manager is to ensure and maintain Standards and Satisfaction (S &S) in all LCs and tracking experience delivery  Will be engage with team management, Negotiation and casesolving skills (Fire-fighting), and ultimately Customer experience management  The Lead and learning manager will ensure member and intern education and development.  creating and implementing education cycles/leadership development programs that support organizational goals, Brand management(LEAD) and human resource management, Information and knowledge management as well as Coaching, training and facilitation skills

RESPONSIBILITY         

Developing customer experience management plan Coach, support and train LC on customer experience delivery with regards quality issues and standards Collaborate with TM to ensure proper implementation of local education cycle In charge of tours, intern arrival and departure logistic Promote regional intern/LC buddy activities Track IPS effectiveness in LCs Coach, support and track LCs in implementing LEAD Acquire relevant partnerships if necessary to increase effectiveness of delivery of learning modules Support LEAD at national conferences

National Project and Opportunity Manager JD  The National Project manager ensures and tracks all national projects is successfully implemented in LCs.  The NST will learn Team management, Project Management, and ultimately Customer experience management  The Opportunity Manager will responsible for raises, matches, and realization tracking of all forms and opportunities on EXPA.  Negotiation and Firefighting, Strategy management,  Partnership management


RESPONSIBILITY          

Developing customer experience management plan Downscale regional projects and implementing them nationally Liaise with TM to ensure proper implementation of local education cycle In charge of project logistic management Promote regional intern/LC buddy activities Implementation of International Relations Measures (e.g. LC Cooperation; CEEDer Programmes, TN& EP Search tools, NPS Analysis); Be responsible for allocated Country Partners (Country Strategy Setting, Goal setting and implementation of agreements) Track Available Forms and promote accordingly Active matching support through international promotion

Digital Marketing Manager DESCRIPTION The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible to Maintain, improve and manage our Social Media channels to deploy a national content strategy that is engaging and informative.

RESPONSIBILITIES    

Research on expansion on new social media networks. Developing online marketing for our products Updating all national social media platform Create and update the national blog and coach local ones creation

Creative Design Manager DESCRIPTION The Creative Design Manager is responsible for the overall visual representation of all programmes, products, activities and every facet of the organization's operation where required.

RESPONSIBILITIES - Design of national conferences materials - Visual material creation of Recruitment campaigns

Review designs for errors before publishing or printing. Write monthly reports and recommendations on how to improve visual experience for programs.

KPIs -

# of designs produced # photos published # of campaigns delivered on time.

REQUIREMENTS Proficiency in Photoshop, illustrator or any appropriate visual design too or suite - Excellent analytical and critical thinker -

Participate in National, Regional and International Conferences. Participate in Virtual trainings and Webinars, - , Check and respond to mails daily - Excellent level in French & English (Speaking, Writing)


Public Relations Manager DESCRIPTION The Public Relations is the fundamental discipline to shape the public perception of AIESEC as organization. Media relations, maintaining the relationship as well as with universities and like-minded organizations

RESPONSIBILITIES - Design of a PR concept for AIESEC in Togo - Create monthly activities newsletters to entity’s stakeholders & press statements

Initiate and secure media partnership for AIESEC Togo to drive operations - Representing AIESEC on networking events

KPIs -
