I documented. I read.
Little by little layers of meaning will be added. Somebody said that ‘in the contemporary world, the point is not about getting information. The point is about not drowning into information!’
To select. To generate new meaning.

Simplicity is hard to achieve. Everybody has a different way of seeing things. You can always find inspiration in nature. Nature is an amazing subject to observe and study. I admired the richness of the concepts and diversity of representation styles.

What did I do?
Why did I do this?

I look. I stare. I look again.
Zabrieskie Point is a wonderful landscape that impresses through it’s largeness. I chose to use mirror technique to dive into a large panoramic view in order to emphasize even more the largeness.
Sometimes what we are looking at is so impressive that I felt the urge to look no further and just try to represent the attributes of the Genius Loci.

In Zabrieskie I felt the present of people that were in connection with their land. I read great skills, creativity and equilibrated minds.
Zabriekie Point is a Man Made Land as ...in every inch you see were civilization settled down.

I painted. I smilled.
Elephants for me have many points in common with Zabriaskie landscape. Among them, they are large....but most important they are sensible to touch.
It was pretty hard to move my fingers in an ‘elephant manner’!

I cycled. I got tired. I got inspiration
It was hard to relate the idea to a space, but not to a state of mind.

I hide. I played. I loved it.
I experienced with different light of the day and introduced even artificial light to have a strong effect.
I learn about light and photography. I discovered again how much I love It.

I choose to play with an app that has drawn my attention in the first week....and i used it to do the assignments.
Sometimes I get fixed on something to my surprise..... most of the time I like to experiment and I find hard to get on track again.
