TEAMBUILDER Frequently Asked Questions How can I take advantage of the TeamBuilder™ plan? It’s easy! Just refer and introduce us to potential new or experienced agents who are presently with other brokerage firms and register candidate online. Then help us get the appointment and we’ll take it from there! What is AGCI and how does it differ from GCI? GCI = The total commission collected at closing prior to any deductions. AGCI = Total commission less 6% franchise, E&O insurance and applicable referral fees. How can I earn income on the TeamBuilder™ plan? Recruit an associate to our company and you will earn 1% of that agent’s closed AGCI paid quarterly for as long as both of you are with the company. Can I earn more? Absolutely! If the agent you recruit grossed more than $60,000 GCI with another Northeast Florida general real estate company in the prior year, you will be bonused another 2.5% on your own AGCI for 12 months, paid quarterly, not to exceed $12,500 per recruit. Twelve month period begins after recruited agent closes 2 transactions with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty. Teams: see Team Plan Policy for eligibility requirements. What if the recruited agent did not earn $60,000 GCI in the prior year? Can I still make more? If the recruited agent earns more than $60,000 GCI within his or her first 12 months of affiliation with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty, you will then earn a bonus (paid quarterly) equal to 2.5% of your closed AGCI for the following 12 months. This bonus shall not exceed $12,500 per sponsored agent.

Can I earn bonuses on more than one person? Absolutely! There is no limit! All bonuses will be paid by check within 30 days of each calendar quarter after the bonus is earned. Any other qualifying or payment guidelines? • Registrations: In order to qualify as a sponsoring agent, an online official registration form must be completed and accepted by the Branch Manager. The sponsoring agent must be the procuring cause of an interview for the manager with the new agent. Registrations are valid for a 3-month period. They can be renewed if the sponsoring agent is still actively involved in the recruiting process with the Managing Broker. If the registration is not renewed, another agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty is eligible to become the sponsoring agent of this person if all guidelines are met. A sponsoring agent may also register a prospect with more than one office, but must help secure an interview with that Managing Broker as well. • In order to receive a bonus, the sponsoring agent and the recruited agent must be with the company. • Quarterly bonuses will be paid within 30 days of the end of the quarter based on a calendar year. • Bonus income will not apply to an agent’s earning levels or starting split. • For the purpose of calculations and period of bonus due, “hire date” of the recruited agent will be the date the Form 11 is submitted. • Bonuses are paid on closed sales transaction business, excluding bonus, referral, overage and other income. • Bonuses are based on AGCI (after 6% franchise fee, E & O Insurance and referral fees are deducted). • In order for sponsoring agent to qualify for 2.5% bonus, recruited agent’s closed business must come from Northeast Florida general real estate sales. Recruits from outside of Northeast Florida and site sales are excluded.

NORTHEAST FLORIDA: HIGH DEMAND CONTINUES IN 2019 While the 2017 housing market was marked by renewed optimism fueled by stock market strength, higher wages and a competitive environment for home sales, 2018 delivered a more balanced approach toward residential real estate. Home buyers, steeped in several years of rising prices and low inventory, became more selective in their purchase choices.

Yet the appetite for home buying remained strong enough to drive prices upward in virtually all markets across the country. In fact, national home prices have risen 53 percent from February 2012 to September 2018. That mark is a less dramatic but still a sizable 40 percent increase when inflation is factored in. The national median household income was last reported with a year-over-year increase of 1.8 percent, while home prices have gone up 5.5 percent in roughly the same amount of time. That kind of gap can’t be sustained indefinitely, but prices are still expected to
