Dear Team, Last week we hosted a listing panel comprised of 5 of our top listing agents who are among the very best at getting their listings sold! I hope that their pearls of wisdom were helpful as we tackle this extremely low inventory market. While low inventory remains a significant challenge, the pent up buyer demand and all time low interest rates have created a surge of home sales. Based on our current forecast, we should exceed the June closed sales budget. With that being said, we continue to use the term, "cautious optimism" to describe our business. REAL ESTATE REVIEW…MIKE LEARNED A VALUABLE LESSON ABOUT FOLLOWING UP! It all starts with Real Estate Reviews and gets back to Ninja business actions, maintaining communication and trying to position myself as a trusted advisor. I did a review for clients who bought a home two and a half years ago, they are in AutoFlow but shame on me I had not kept up with them otherwise. In January I did the review, called up talked to Mrs, I mentioned I had already put the information together and could I drop it by. She said sure and we ended up spending 40 minutes together. She showed me around and shared what they had done to the place since they bought it. During our visit, she mentioned her husband is getting ready to retire at the end of 2020, in all likelihood they would be moving to Texas. My internal dialogue – they are going on my warm list.
Fast forward to March, we invite them to a Bloody Mary Springing the Blues event, they beg off. Shortly thereafter, they call me for some advice on attorneys, Mr had just been laid off. Now I am the trusted advisor again. Just 3 days ago they called me to list their home, and we will be signing the agreement tomorrow. The Real Estate Review connected us after 2.5 years of radio silence. With all the success I’ve had with these, I think maybe I’ll amp this up to the Ninja recommendation of 2 of them per week.

HOME WARRANTY SUCCESS I just watched the second training video for the Let's talk CRM. What a game changer for me! It is worth more than the 2 minutes required to watch! Awesome video! I've also started paying attention to email tracking, looking at how many people are opening the emails I send. The numbers were amazing! In one week I sent 330 emails & 46% were opened. How crazy is that? Over 170 emails opened by my database in 1 week! I’m still working hard on my CRM, better ways to utilize it, and updating information for each client in my database. I cannot believe how much I have underused it. Covid-19 has become a serious game changer for me in how I run my business-not just connecting to clients-but how I utilize the tools the company offers me.
