We closed $1.44B in volume vs $1.21B volume sold 2019, equating to +19.3% Growth over 2019! Our average sales price increased 11% over 2019, ending 2020 at $429,639! Our Luxury Market Share totaled 13.2%, sustaining our #1 in position in Northeast Florida! Overall 6,741 clients and customers received Trusted Advisor treatment from our Family of Services, thank you!
