Dear Team, I know how much you like to be able to share stats and other relevant information with your clients during your coffee and cocktail conversations so we thought that it would be good to provide you with the stats that we used to create the 2020 Year in Review video! One of my favorite mentors, Tom Petway, always said, “it ain’t bragging if it’s fact” and these are the facts! We welcomed 134 professional Realtors, growing our agent count by 11.1%! We closed 3,354 transaction sides vs 3,124 transaction sides 2019, that’s 7.4% Growth over 2019! We closed $1.44B in volume vs $1.21B volume sold 2019, equating to +19.3% Growth over 2019! Our average sales price increased 11% over 2019, ending 2020 at $429,639! Our Luxury Market Share totaled 13.2%, sustaining our #1 in position in Northeast Florida! Overall 6,741 clients and customers received Trusted Advisor treatment from our Family of Services, thank you!

In addition to “normal” marketing practices, we are PROACTIVE:

• Listings are translated online into 13 languages and 49 currencies • 5,484,675 eCards sent promoting properties and adding value • 128,162 Just Listed and Just Sold Cards sent out • SEO and Blog strategy to drive 379,823 additional users to BHHS FNR websites WE ADVOCATED FOR THE COMMUNITY

• 5,415 Buyside Home Valuations Completed / $2.2B in value • 350 Homes held open “Virtually” creating: -441,472 Impressions on Facebook
