FLORIDA STATE GOLF ASSOCIATION Dear Florida Golfers, Thank you for supporting the Florida State Golf Association. As a member of the FSGA, you are helping us preserve and protect this great game. We must first recognize all of the FSGA Committee Members who make our service to the game possible. There are more than 460 Committee Members across Florida who assist with tournaments and course rating. The FSGA has become one of the premier state golf associations in the country because of these fine men and women. In 2014, the FSGA will conduct more than 550 days of competition including: 39 state championships, 53 USGA qualifying events, 33 Florida Junior Tour events and 180 OneDay tournaments. The Florida Junior Tour (FJT) continues to provide competitive and affordable tournaments for the state’s top junior golfers. In its eleventh season, the FJT consists of 33 events for boys and girls ages 13-18. If you have the chance, come out to see these unbelievable junior golfers. We hope you will join the FSGA as a Foundation Member and support the Future of Golf Foundation. The Foundation benefits the state’s juniors with college scholarships and assistance with travel expenses to state and national tournaments. We appreciate your support and dedication to the game of golf. Sincerely,
Randy Briggs FSGA President
