Join this fast-paced, exciting, safe, and low-cost type of indoor hockey. It is played with advanced lightweight sticks, a whiffle ball, and rules that make the game fast yet safe. It is a non-contact sport that is well suited to co-ed play. All you need is sneakers, shorts, and a t-shirt to play.
