The Getaway Inspired by Aqua Aston Hospitality 1 - 2 tablespoons honey Juice from 1 lemon 1 tsp loose hibiscus tea 5 large thyme sprigs 1/2 cup hot water 1 1/2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice Ice Pineapple wedges thyme & cherries to garnish Steep the hibiscus tea and thyme sprigs in hot water for 5 minutes. Discard the sprigs & loose tea and cool to room temperature. Add honey & stir to dissolve and refrigerate until cool. Combine cooled mixture with rum and lemon juice in a shaker with ice. Strain and distribute into four glasses with ice. Finish with pineapple juice and garnish with a sprig of thyme, pineapple wedge and cherry.

Bender Mender


Bender Mender Inspired by Fender 1 1⁄2 tsp fresh lemon juice 1 tsp sugar 1 1⁄2 oz scotch whiskey 1 1⁄2 oz sloe gin 1 dash absinthe 1 dash orange bitters Cherries to garnish Steep the hibiscus tea and thyme sprigs in hot water for 5 minutes. Discard the sprigs & loose tea and cool to room temperature. Add honey & stir to dissolve and refrigerate until cool. Combine cooled mixture with rum and lemon juice in a shaker with ice. Strain and distribute into four glasses with ice. Finish with pineapple juice and garnish with a sprig of thyme, pineapple wedge and cherry.

Wristkey Bee Inspired by Nixon 1 1/2 oz scotch whiskey 1/2 oz St. Germain 1/2 oz Drambuie 1 tsp honey Ice Add the scotch, Drambuie, St. Germain to an icefilled mixer and stir until chilled. Swirl honey around glass to cover entire bottom and add a few cubes of ice. Strain and pour into glass.

Solitaire 75 Inspired by Cartier 1 1⁄2 tsp fresh lemon juice 1 tsp sugar 1 1⁄2 oz Scotch whiskey 1 1⁄2 oz sloe gin 1 dash absinthe 1 dash Orange bitters Steep the hibiscus tea and thyme sprigs in hot water for 5 minutes. Cool To The Touch Inspired by Vanity Fair Lingerie l/2 oz Vodka l/2 oz Cointreau 3/1..i oz Lemon juice l/2 oz raspberry syrup Orange slice for garnish Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Shake, and fine strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with zest from a flamed orange peel and a dehydrated orange slice.

Scentsation Inspired by L'Oreal 2 oz gin 1 oz Lavender- Sage Vermouth 3/1..i oz fresh lemon juice 1/2 oz honey 2 oz Club Soda Sprig of sage for garnish Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add the gin, LavenderSage Vermouth, lemon juice and honey and shake well. Strain into a chilled, ice-filled collins glass. Stir in the club soda and garnish with sprig of sage.

Jack & Smoke


The Ponte Inspired by Brooks Brothers 1 1/2 oz sherry 3/4 oz unsweetened cranberry juice 1/2 oz gold rum 1/2 oz simple syrup 2 dashes orange bitters Orange peel for garnish Fill shaker with ice, combine sherry, cranberry juice, rum, simple syrup and bitters. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange peel.

Jack & Smoke Inspired by John Varvatos 2 oz Gentleman Jack 1/2 oz lemon juice 3 oz simple syrup 2 dashes orange bitters Cinnamon stick Shake all ingredients with ice. Light the cinnamon stick and let burn until smoldering Add to cocktail for extra smokiness.

The Paper Crane


The Paper Crane Inspired by Waddington Group 1 1/2 oz absinthe 1/2 oz simple syrup 2 dashes Angostura bitters Lemon peel for zest and garnish

In a shaker filled with ice, combine the absinthe, simple syrup and bitters. Shake until chilled and then strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the lemon peel, twisted.

Recess Inspired by Gymboree 3 oz fresh orange juice 1/2 oz grendine Orange slice & umbrella for garnish Fill a tall glass with ice. Then carefully pour in the fresh orange juice. Do not stir. Add in grenadine. The grenadine should sink to the bottom of the glass creating a sunrise effect. Garnish with a slice of orange and an umbrella

BPA Free Inspired by Hydroflask l liter soda water 1/2 cup elderberry flower syrup l lime 1/3 cup fresh blackberries 6 mint leaves Juice the lime. Muddle the blackberries and mint in a pitcher. Add the soda water and elderberry flower syrup with the lime juice and stir. Serve immediately over ice.

Bricks & Mortar Inspired by Real Page 2 oz Rye Whiskey Club Soda Fill a highball glass with ice and whiskey stir to chill Top with club soda to your liking.

Torre It Up


Torre It Up Inspired by Torrid 1 oz blanco tequila l/2 oz vanilla cognac Prosecco Fresh blackberry for garnish Add the tequila and cognac to a chilled champagne glass and fill with prosecco. Garnish with blackberry.

Open The Box Inspired by Pandora 2 oz gin l/2 oz Creme de Violette 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice Brandied cherry for garnish Ice Add all of the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a brandied cherry.

Joie De Vivre


Joie De Vivre Inspired by Louis Vuitton 1 oz Hennessy VS.OP Cognac l oz Combier liqueur 3 oz fresh lemon juice l oz simple syrup Lemon rind twist for garnish Add all of the ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with a lemon rind twist.

Baby Got Soul Inspired by Timberland 2 oz cognac 1/2 oz gin 3/4 oz lemon juice 1/2 oz orgeat 1 dash Angostura bitters 1 tsp superfine sugar 1 wedge of lemon for sugar rim 1 strip of lemon rind for garnish Chill a cocktail glass and garnish rim by coating the outer lip of the glass with a wedge of lemon and dipping into a shallow dish containing superfine white sugar. Place lemon strip neatly along side of sugared coupe. Combine all liquid ingredients in shaker; add ice and shake. Double strain into glass.

Permanent Vacation


Permanent Vacation Inspired by Lily Pulitzer l oz citrus vodka l oz blue curacao 2 oz cranberry juice l tbsp fresh lime juice Granulated sugar Lime slice to garnish Wet rim of glass with lime wedge. Sprinkle sugar onto plate, and dip glass rim into the sugar to coat. Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add cranberry juice, vodka, curacao and lime juice; cover and shake. Strain into sugar rimmed cocktail glass.

The Hydrobooster Inspired by Neutrogena 3 fresh peaches 1/2 cup lemon juice 1/2 cup agave 5 cups of drinking water 2 tbsp mint leaves De-seed and chop two of the peaches. In a blender make a puree of the chopped peaches with l cup of water. Using a strainer, strain the peach juice to remove coarse particles. In a pitcher, add strained peach juice, lemon juice and agave. Mix it well to combine all ingredients. Adjust sweetness with additional agave to suit your taste. Add water, a few slices of the remaining peach and mint leaves. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.

Charmed


Charmed Inspired by Kendra Scott l oz light rum l oz Maraschino Liqueur l oz fresh grapefruit juice l oz fresh lime juice l oz simple Syrup Brandied cherry and lime slice for garnish Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wheel and black cherry on a toothpick or skewer.

#bossbabe Inspired by Huda Beauty 1 1/2 oz vodka 1 oz fresh sage simple syrup 1 oz 100% pomegranate juice 1/4 oz Cointreau 1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice 2 dashes Angostura Bitters 1/2 oz pasteurized egg white (optional) Fresh sage leaf for garnish

Fill shaker with ice. Combine all ingredients (except egg whites) in shaker and shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Dry shake egg whites and carefully add frothy mixture on top of poured cocktail to create a creamy top layer. Garnish with a fresh sage leaf. 26


Rose Gold


Rose Gold Inspired by Michael Kors l l/2 oz Gin l/2 oz Fresh lemon juice l/2 oz Simple syrup 4 dashes Pear brandy l tsp Fernet-Branca Prosecco Lemon peel for garnish Add all the ingredients except the prosecco to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with chilled prosecco and garnish with a lemon reel spiral.

Weatherproof Inspired by Columbia Sportswear 2 oz blueberry vodka l/2 oz simple syrup 1 oz fresh lime juice Club soda 5 mint leaves Fresh blueberries In a shaker, muddle the mint, blueberries and simple syrup. Add the vodka and lime juice, and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top with club soda and garnish with mint leaves and a skewer of fresh blueberries.

Juniper Crew


Juniper Crew Inspired by J. Crew, Madewell 1 oz gin 1/2 oz grenadine 1/2 oz cream 1 egg white 1/4 tsp lemon juice Grated nutmeg for garnish Add all ingredients to an empty shaking tin. Dry shake for at least 20 seconds. Add ice to the tin and shake again until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.

7/10 Split Inspired by Bowlero 1 1⁄2 oz blanco tequila 3⁄4 oz Combier triple sec orange liqueur 1⁄4 oz red vermouth 3⁄4 oz blood orange juice 3⁄4 oz lime juice 1⁄4 oz simple syrup Salt & adobo mix for the rim Coat the rim of a rocks glass with salt, fill with ice and set aside. Add the remaining ingredients to a shaker and fill with fresh ice. Shake, and strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with a blood orange slice.

Forever Faster


Forever Faster Inspired by Puma l oz Suze l oz Carpano Bianco Club Soda Grapefruit slice for garnish Add the Suze and the Carpano Bianco to a Collins glass and top with club soda. Garnish with a grapefruit Slice.

19th Hole Inspired by PGA Tour Superstore 8 English breakfast tea bags 1 cup vodka Lemon slices for garnish 4 ice cube trays 3 1/2 cups water 5 tbsps sugar 3 1/2 homemade lemonade Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Remove from heat and add tea bags and sugar. Let steep Li minutes. Discard tea bags and let tea mixture cool Divide 3 cups tea between 2 ice cube trays; chill remaining 1/2 cup tea. Divide 3 cups lemonade between remaining 2 ice cube trays; chill remaining 1/2 cup lemonade. Freeze trays until ice cubes are solid. Blend lemonade ice cubes, 1/2 cup vodka, and 1/2 cup lemonade in a blender until smooth. Transfer to a spouted liquid measuring cup or pitcher. Rinse blender jar and add tea ice cubes and remaining 1/2 cup tea and 1/2 cup of vodka. Again, blend mixture until smooth. Tilt glass to one side and fill halfway with lemonade mixture. While slowly returning glass to upright position, pour in frozen tea mixture to fill glass and create a swirl. Garnish with lemon wheels. 32


The Purple Dog


The Purple Dog Inspired by Bloomingdales 1 oz bourbon 2 oz single malt scotch whiskey l/2 oz red vermouth 3 dashes dry vermouth Orange bitters Brandied black cherry for garnish Rinse a cocktail glass with the Scotch and set aside. Add remaining ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir until chilled and strain into the prepared glass.

Doodle Dandy Inspired by Yankee Candle 1 1⁄2 oz blanco tequila 1⁄2 oz coffee liqueur 1 oz vanilla cognac 1 1⁄2 oz heavy cream Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

The Pillow Top


The Pillowtop Inspired by Mattress Firm 1/2 oz bourbon l/2 oz dark rum 1/2 oz vanilla syrup 2 oz milk Grated nutmeg for garnish Add all ingredients save for the garnish to a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a double oldfashioned glass and add fresh ice. Garnish with grated nutmeg.

Ampersand Inspired by My M&M's 6 oz Light rum 6 oz 70% dark chocolate 4 small cups of strong espresso coffee 2 tsp of caster sugar Chilli flakes and 70% dark chocolate to garnish Heat all the ingredients in a saucepan, and stir until the chocolate has melted and mixture starts to bubble. Let it cool for 3-5 minutes before pouring into cups. Garnish with chocolate shavings and a pinch of chili flakes.

The Equestrian


The Equestrian Inspired by Ralph Lauren 1 tsp white sugar 3 dashes Angostura bitters 2 oz 12 year old blended Scotch whiskey Orange zest, twist and cherry for garnish Place the sugar into a rocks glass. Add the bitters and l oz of the scotch before filling the glass with ice. Slowly stir, gradually adding the remaining scotch until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is chilled. Garnish with the twist of orange zest and a cherry.

Sand Trap Inspired by Ping Golf 2 tsp sugar 1â „2 oz water 6 mint leaves 2 oz unaged corn or rye whiskey Add the sugar and water to a highball glass and stir until the sugar has completely dissolved. Add the mint leaves and press lightly with a muddler. Pack the glass with finely cracked ice and add the whiskey. Stir, add more ice and garnish with two or three sprigs of mint and a straw.

Eversoftener


Eversoftener Inspired by Fruit Of The Loom 2 oz tequila 1/2 oz lime Juice Ginger Beer Lime slice and crystalized ginger for garnish Add all ingredients, save for the garnishes, to a cocktail mug with ice. Stir it a few times with a bar spoon. Garnish with a lime slice and ginger pieces.

Rum Recliner Inspired by La Z Boy 1 oz apricot brandy 1 oz light rum 1 oz dark or Jamaican rum 1 oz Bacardi 151 rum 1 oz lime juice 2 dashes grenadine Orange juice Orange slice and cherry for garnish

Mix light and dark rum and brandy in a shaker, add lime juice and grenadine. Shake well and strain into a highball glass filled with cracked ice. Top glass with orange juice but leave enough room to float the 151 rum on top. Garnish with a cherry and orange slice. 40

Reps Inspired by Rogue Fitness l cup frozen pineapple l banana l cup coconut milk l tbsp of shredded coconut Pineapple wedge & dried mango for garnish Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with pineapple wedge and dried mango slices.

Batter Up Inspired by Franklin Sports l tsp chili powder 1/4 cup salt Juice of l lime plus l lime wedge 2 cups of crushed ice 3 oz tomato juice 4 dashes of hot sauce 4 dashes of Worcestershire sauce l 12-ounce chilled Mexican-style beer Mix salt and chili powder on a plate. Wet the rim of the glass with lime juice and salt the rim with the salt and chili mixture. Add the ice, tomato juice, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauces to a large glass and stir well.. Pour in the beer and garnish with lime wedge.

The Howl


The Howl Inspired by Wolverine l 1/2 oz reposado tequila l oz good quality red vermouth 1/2 oz Aperol 1/4 oz Fernet Branca l orange peel twist for garnish Stir over ice and strain into an ice-filled snifter glass. break orange twist over the drink, and add as garnish.

Anti-Gravity Inspired by Rogaine 1 1/2 oz cucumber vodka 1/2 oz Lillet 3 oz club soda Cucumber or Lemon Wedge, for garnish

Pour vodka and Lillet over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Stir slightly to mix. Top with soda and garnish with cucumber or a lemon wedge.

The Polarizer Inspired by Oakley 2 oz mezcal 1/4 oz agave syrup 3 drops chocolate bitters 1 drop Angostura bitters Grapefruit peel for garnish

Fill a mixing glass 2/3 with ice, stir together the mezcal, agave and both bitters. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Squeeze the zest from the grapefruit peel over the drink and drop in the peel.
