About the Flutie Foundation
Creating a world where people with autism are included, respected and engaged in their communities.
Established in 1998 by former NFL quarterback Doug Flutie and his wife, Laurie, whose personal experience of raising a son on the autism spectrum inspired their passion to help other families.

We will celebrate your stores and your fundraising like no other charity. Last year, we even wrote a rap performed by autistic musicians!
Impacting Local Autism Partners
Our feet-on-the-ground, in-store presence will be from the autism community in Fresno. Two key partners include Central Adaptive Sports Center, who bring outdoor programs to people with disabilities; and EPU Children’s Center empowering children and families facing extraordinary developmental challenges including autism.
By partnering with the Flutie Foundation, proceeds will go directly back to Greater Fresno with support going where it is needed, not just one facet of autism.

We are passionate about supporting our partners - including after MOG. In 2023 alone, we have hit a bread count of 946 for subs we’ve purchased for local autismserving organizations; done 308 unique Jersey Mike’s store visits; and our current Shore Point total is 29,605.
