Dawn Van Nieuwenhuyzen began in the banking industry after college, starting in the analytical underwriting side before moving into mortgages. Today, as a Senior Mortgage Banker, she uses her strong attention-to-detail to find potential issues and head them off before a problem hits.

She has been recognized as Mortgage Banker of the year at Plains for several years running and has been recognized in the Scotsman’s Originator Magazine as Top Originators in the state for the last two years. Currently, she is #1 in the state and #3 in the nation in Homes for Heroes ranking.
