For more than three decades, Leadership Fargo Moorhead West Fargo (LFMWF) has been instrumental in fostering the growth and influence of individuals who shape and transform the community through their unwavering commitment and service. Our alumni occupy distinguished positions in public leadership, while numerous others actively contribute to the betterment of the community as board members, enthusiastic volunteers and dedicated employees. Annually, LFMWF carefully handpicks 40 emerging and established leaders from diverse sectors to engage in a comprehensive 10-month program.

LFMWF offers individuals a valuable platform to cultivate a diverse network of individuals who share a common dedication to community advancement and personal development. LFMWF nurtures the growth of this exceptional network, comprising passionate and knowledgeable leaders. Each year, groups are formed to work together on projects that will positively impact the community. This year, our seven groups developed various projects that were all a great success.
