By positioning themselves as a partner rather than a vendor, Go Promo has truly developed long-lasting relationships with their clients in our community. It’s no secret Go Promo is committed to their clients. They provide over the top customer service to the point that they end up befriending their clients outside of the workplace.

Like many successful businesses, Go Promo has had to face their own adversity. For example, this business has grown exponentially in the last 10 years, and as a result, they had to learn to balance a heavy workload with limited employees.

Not to worry, this tenacious team committed to investing in automated systems to track warehoused inventory on web stores and devising internal systems to keep track of jobs in production – this has provided a great lift off the shoulders of this limited staff.

Go Promo has an unwavering commitment to maintaining a healthy work-life balance and flexibility for employees. Being that the company was founded by two brothers, it is no surprise that Go Promo has such a commitment to its team members, their families and the community.

By empowering employees to be creative and think outside the box, they have a direct impact on the FMWF community. Whether it be presenting a check to Landon’s Light Foundation, cheering on the West Fargo Packers or handing out t-shirts for a fundraiser – they are doing work that matters and leaving an impact on our community!

Establishing itself as a committed community partner and a strong small business, Go Promo has earned its place as the 2023 People’s Choices Award winner!
