FOOD PRODUCTS NATURAL COFFEES 100% Arabica All Aurile Excellence coffees are blends of selected Arabica coffee species (Coffea arabica). To create the blend we’ve used the classic African Arabica, mainly Mocha, beans. Specialists consider Mocha to be one of few coffee strains that are themselves unique in taste and do not require any additives. Its’ taste is deep and noble: balanced, velvet, with light floral note. Espresso Blend For all classic espresso enthusiasts we have created an original blend of beans selected from plantations in South America. The heart of the blend are Brazilian and Colombian strains, grown in the mountainous regions, but its distinct, full-bodied taste comes from the 10% admixture of oily Indonesian Robusta beans. The beans combined in perfect proportions – 60% Arabica and 40% Robusta – create a memorable, strong flavour, with nut-chocolate overtones, and intense, slightly smoky flavour. We have used this blend to create Aurile Espresso Experience. It’s a perfect blend for the gourmets who drink coffee without sugar or milk. American Roast Natural Aurile coffees are blended locally, in Poland, at 210˚C for about 20 minutes and then carefully cooled with circulating air. While roasting the beans take on a light brown colour. Afterwards their surface is dry, while the taste is complex and well balanced in terms of sweetness, bitterness and acidity. Well qualified tasters ensure the whole process of coffee beans roasting and drying.

FLAVOURED COFFEES Flavoured coffee Flavoured coffee is natural coffee, whose flavour has been enhanced by the introduction of new aromas, such as vanilla, chocolate and nuts. The taste of coffee, however, remained natural. Master Blend Our flavoured coffees are prepared from original blends of Arabica and Robusta species according to traditional Italian recipies. Its base flavour is made on the basis of Eastern Asia strains, with the characteristic aroma spicy-woody aroma. FUNCTIONAL COFFEES Functional coffee Natural coffee enhanced with minerals, vitamins or refining supplements which make their special properties. Functional coffee recipes are unique and created in the collaboration of scientists with tasters and nutrition experts. Original recipies Unique functional coffee formulas were developed by prominent Polish scientists. To enrich the coffee we use only top quality tested ingredients whose effect has been proved by many years’ research. We carefully made sure that the supplements have no significant impact on the natural taste and aroma of coffee. Aurile Coffee doesn’t contain any animal or genetically processed raw materials or artificial colours. Up to 38% RDA in two cups of coffee We made sure that the vitamins and minerals added to our functional coffees do not cover more than 38% of the recommended dietary intake in two cups of drink. Why? Because a varied and healthy diet is our focus.
