Concealment Express says on its website it specializes in concealable, U.S.-made IWB holsters sales — a style of handgun holster that fits inside a waistband. Florida Division of Corporations records show Concealment Express changed its principal address to the Southbank location in a Feb. 17 filing. The company co-owners are listed as Benedict Jimenez, Pablo Conde and Sang Cho. Concealment Express listed headquarters as 10066 103rd St. with the state in March 2016. Robert Hendricks, a former real estate broker in Ponte Vedra, was sentenced April 1 to six years and six months in federal prison for wire fraud. Chief U.S. District Judge Timothy Corrigan also entered a money judgment of $2,682,924.34, the proceeds of the charged criminal conduct, and ordered Hendricks to pay $3,879.881.34 in restitution. Hendricks, 64, pleaded guilty Sept. 28. Principal of Crown Commercial Real Estate Inc., Hendricks was licensed by the state in 1984. His real estate license was revoked in June 2019 after he was indicted on 12 counts of wire fraud. According to court documents, Hendricks told two of his victims, a husband and wife who were his longtime friends, that he had been successful with commercial property development and needed money for another commercial property deal in Central Florida. In October 2014, the husband paid Hendricks $300,000 as an investment in two commercial property ventures. Hendricks never used the funds for an investment. Instead, he used the money for his personal benefit. On March 21, 2016, Hendricks received a wire of $200,000 from another victim, who also was a friend. Hendricks told that victim that Wawa, a chain of convenience stores and gas stations, was establishing locations in

A West Jacksonville handgun accessory retailer wants to renovate a Downtown Southbank building for its headquarters and showroom. Concealment Express LLC is seeking Downtown Development Review Board conceptual design approval for its plans to renovate a two-story brick and stucco building at 1451 Louisa St., according to Downtown Investment Authority documents released April 1. The property, formerly Dimension Design, is on 0.36 acres bounded to the north by Home Street and to the south by Louisa Street. Two West Jacksonville apartments sold for $51M A group of six New Jersey buyers bought two West Jacksonville apartment complexes last week, according to deeds filed March 25 with the Duval County Clerk of Courts. The six entities share the same address in Jackson, New Jersey, with Advanced Precision Group, a multifamily real estate company. They purchased the Preserve at Cedar River Apartments for $33,234,569 and Heritage on the River Apartments for $17,765,431. The group bought both properties from Bloomfield Hills, Michigan-based Princeton Enterprises LLC, through Preserve at Cedar River LP and Heritage on the River LP. The 464-unit Preserve at Cedar River is at 4207 Confederate Point Road in West Jacksonville. The 301-unit Heritage on the River Apartments is at 4375 Confederate Point Road.
