VyStar Credit Union CEO Brian Wolfburg and The Bread & Board owners Jonathan Cobbs and Dwayne Beliakoff were joined by Downtown stakeholders May 27 at the ribbon-cutting for the local restaurant chain’s dining and grab-and-go market concepts at VyStar’s corporate campus. Cobbs and Beliakoff’s Baja Mexico-inspired restaurant Estrella Cocina is open on the rooftop at the credit union’s 100 W. Bay St. building. With Building B completed, NorthPoint Development applied to the city to start work on its next speculative warehouse at Park 295 Industrial Park. The city is reviewing a permit application for the foundation for Building C, a 394,277-square-foot multitenant distribution center at 2737 Ignition Drive, next to the first structure. James R. Vannoy & Sons Construction Co. Inc. of Jefferson, North Carolina, is shown as the contractor for the foundation/ slab at a cost of $2 million. The city issued a permit March 9 to clear the 23.49-acre site. A site brochure says it will be completed in the fourth quarter. NP Jacksonville Industrial LLC, part of Riverside, Missouri-based NorthPoint, is the property owner. Kimley-Horn and Associates Inc. is the civil engineer.
