The headquarters of International Decor Outlet is on the 21st floor at One Enterprise Center at 225 Water St. Downtown.

Developers of the Nocatee and eTown residential and commercial communities in Duval and St. Johns counties have turned to Clay County for a large project. The Davis family and The PARC Group intend to develop more than 3,000 acres in Green Cove Springs west of U.S. 17 and north and south of the First Coast Expressway under construction. They intend to develop a master-planned community with about 4,000 homes and a mix

of retail and offices. Through GCSD LLC and GSCE LLC and other entities, the Davises bought the land from sellers affiliated with Gustafson’s Family Enterprises Inc. The buyers paid at least $13.3 million for the bulk of the property, deeds show, including almost $12.7 million for about 2,700 acres. “Nocatee has been recognized as one of the

International Decor Outlet, the company that three years ago planned to open a home furnishings retail business in most of the west wing at Regency Square Mall, is being evicted from its corporate headquarters office space Downtown at 225 Water St. The landlord, Rosencrans 2004 LLC, filed a lawsuit July 24 contending that International Decor has failed to pay rent for its space on the 21st floor at One Enterprise Center since the May 1 payment was due. International Decor did not respond to a request for comment. The complaint seeks to terminate the lease, evict International Decor from the 10,734-squarefoot space and recover $59,807.43 for the May, June and July rent, plus Florida sales tax, late fees

Spartina 449 coming to Town Center Spartina 449, a South Carolina-based coastal-themed clothing and accessories company, intends to open in October in St. Johns Town Center. Marketing and Communications Manager Jessica Maples said it will be Spartina 449’s 13th store and first Florida location. Spartina 449 sells handbags, accessories, clothing, jewelry and gifts, including its linen and leather coordinating goods. The city is reviewing a permit application for Interior Buildouts Inc. for minor interior demolition of space at 4742 River City Drive, No. 113, at a cost of $118,000. It appears to be the former site of Denim & Soul.
