Texas Roadhouse intends to replace the closed Logan’s Roadhouse in River City Marketplace in North Jacksonville and open in fall 2022. Texas Roadhouse filed plans with the city to demolish the existing restaurant and build a 7,647-square-foot structure on almost 1.6 acres at 13130 City Station Drive. It includes a 476-square-foot patio, creating a 8,123-squarefoot project. Texas Roadhouse Holdings LLC of Louisville, Kentucky, is shown as the developer. Atwell LLC of Marietta, Georgia, is the civil engineer. City records show the Logan’s Roadhouse was built in 2011. The restaurant would become the area’s third Texas Roadhouse. The first two are in the Town Center area and in Orange Park. The chain said the restaurant

Texas Roadhouse coming to River City Marketplace
Enterprise Park, Belfort Crossing buildings sold New York-based LRC Properties sold Enterprise Park and Belfort Crossing in Southpoint for $30 million to a Chicago investor affiliated with Bradford Allen Realty Services in Chicago, according to a deed recorded Sept. 2 with the Duval County Clerk of Courts. The deed shows the properties comprise two four-story buildings totaling more than 242,300 square feet on 17.7 acres at 4190 Belfort Road and 4345 Southpoint Blvd. LRC, based in Rye Brook, New York, paid $20.675 million for the property in January 2019. It owned the property as TGLRC Belfort Portfolio LLC. The 4190 Belfort Road building comprises 135,248 square feet and was developed in 1986. The 4345 Southpoint Blvd. structure is 107,064 square feet built in 1997. Belfort 95 LLC bought the property Sept. 2.
