PEBB Enterprises and Falcone Group announced Sept. 20 they wil add two new restaurants and three other tenants to the masterplanned Beachwalk community in northern St. Johns County. Signed tenants in the 47-acre retail development within Beachwalk include Whiskey Joe’s Bar & Grill and Fysh Bar & Grill. The restaurants are new to Northeast Florida. Whiskey Joe’s has four locations in Florida in Tampa, Port Richey, Manatee River and Miami. Fysh is developing its first restaurant in Port Orange south of Daytona Beach. Other businesses include Noire The Nail Bar, F45 Fitness and Union 76 Daybreak Market. PEBB and Falcone bought the 47-acre property in March for $13.25 million. In addition to the 170,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, the groups plan to build a 110-room hotel. The site is on the southern end of Beachwalk’s 14-acre Crystal Lagoon. Beachwalk is a 3,000-acre community in St. Johns County along County Road 210 with residential, office, industrial and educational facilities. “Beachwalk is becoming a case study for carefully curated, master-planned communities, with dynamic retail and residential components that complement each other,” PEBB Senior Vice President of Leasing Chris Stewart said in a news release.
