Moxie Kitchen + Cocktails to become Prati Italia Moxie Kitchen + Cocktails near St. Johns Town Center announced it will become Prati Italia by mid-January. A Canadian restaurant with a similar name to Moxie is expanding into Florida, so owner and chef Tom Gray decided to change the restaurant. The interior and exterior of the restaurant will be transformed to match the new concept. The redesign will comprise new colors, decorations, logos and improved soundproofing in the private dining area. Prati Italia will serve pasta, pizza and cocktails. The restaurant’s name is inspired by Rome’s Prati neighborhood. Moxie will be open through the end of the year at its usual hours.
