The city issued permits to prepare the building for the Jacksonvillebased staffing company.

The city approved permits Nov. 17 for The CSI Companies to build-out space for its headquarters in The Point at Gate Parkway at a cost of $548,324. That is the basic construction and does not include the complete interior design, furnishings and other costs. CSI will lease the three-story building at 7720 Baymeadows Road E. “Jacksonville is CSI’s national headquarters and we wanted to make a statement about our commitment to employees and to the city,” said Chief Operating Officer Chris Flakus in a previous interview. Fetch package service coming to Jacksonville Fetch, a package delivery service for apartment residents, is growing in Jacksonville. The city issued a permit Nov. 3 for Lighthouse Construction of North Florida LLC to build-out 7,600 square feet for the Austin, Texas-based service at 7658 Philips Highway. Lighthouse will renovate the space, in unit 100 at Phillips Distribution Center, at a cost of $83,825. Fetch Package Inc. accepts and stores packages from any carrier at its facility for delivery to apartment residents. Fetch, founded in 2016, said in a Sept. 30 blog post it launched operations in Jacksonville. It also offers service in Tampa and Orlando.
